General Policies

Your purchases will be made to order and shipped directly from the crafter to you within 14 days of your order. Please allow 5-7 days in transit. Because the items are shipped directly from the crafters, some orders may be received in multiple shipments.

	» For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional $8.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.
	» We presently cannot accept orders for shipment outside of the United States.

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Return Policies

Web-site purchases: If you are not happy for any reason with a purchase from our web-site, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. In-store purchases: All in-store sales are final.
